Welcome to the World Series of Fitness Racing, H Y R O X. A global competition where running meets functional strength, every race follows the same format: 1km run + 1 workout station, repeated eight times. Whether you’re chasing the leaderboard or simply looking to become the strongest, fittest version of yourself, H Y R O X Training Club is where you build the foundation.

At BuildEmUp Fitness, we’re proud to be an official H Y R O X Training Club, offering group classes designed to prepare you physically and mentally for the unique demands of H Y R O X. Our workouts are built around five key elements: aerobic capacity, muscular strength, power, agility, and coordination. Each class format focuses on different strengths—together, they make you a complete H Y R O X athlete.

Our H Y R O X Class Formats

H Y R O X Cross Train

Monday (Lowers) & Tuesday (Uppers) – 5am / 6:15am / Noon / 5pm
Muscular strength and endurance are essential for H Y R O X success. Cross-training sessions build raw power, strength, and stamina to help you move weight efficiently under fatigue. Perfect for athletes who want to get stronger and tougher with every session.

H Y R O X Humpday

Wednesday – 5am / 6:15am / Noon / 5pm
Push your engine to new limits. Humpday combines intervals, compromised workouts, and sprint efforts to develop speed, endurance, and VO2 Max. This class is ideal for powerful athletes seeking to enhance their aerobic capacity and refine their race-day performance.

H Y R O X Cardio Party

Every Saturday of Summer through 8/30/2025 – 7:30am
The most race-specific workout we offer. A 75-minute, 100-athlete outdoor endurance class blending aerobic and lactic conditioning with H Y R O X skills. Designed to mimic a mini race course, Cardio Party pushes your limits, builds mental resilience, and prepares you to perform when it matters most.

Stairwell to H Y R O X

Starting Saturday 9/6 – 6:30am & 8am
Take your endurance training to the next level. This high-intensity session replaces runs with stair climbs, integrating functional H Y R O X movements in a race-style workout. Whether partnered or solo, you’ll test your ability to stay composed under exhaustion. On Saturdays, we raise the standard so race day feels easy.
